Broke after 15 months/Samsung don't care

Great TV, sound is great in small and big room. Darks are a lil hard to see. Have had the TV 15 months and screen went blank, could still hear sound but not anymore. 15 months and Samsung will not stand by product due to being 3 months out of warranty and refused any support of their product. Very disappointing .

Barely made it past the first year just enough to be out of warranty. Backlight has gone out on one side and with the size of this 85’ it’s almost impossible to move around let alone replace the backlight. Will be looking for a more reliable brand even it it’s twice the cost rather than having to replace a Samsung yearly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really awesome tv

Bought it over a year ago to play on ps4 and now ps5, picture is really good out the box. You want something inexpensive but I’m 4k for basic gaming, this is it. Really nice colors and sharpness you won’t be disappointed BUT only gripe is you can’t manually activate 4K. It either upscales automatically or whatever you plug in is whatever picture gets put out. Plug in ps4 your gonna get 1080p. Plug in ps5, 4k.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very slow to respond; would not recommend Samsung

I bought this in 2021 and was immediately disappointed. Upon setting up my applications, the TV lagged quite a bit; the TV often froze if I have hit buttons "too quickly". This problem only worsened with time, and clearing the cache did nothing to help. I have plenty of storage left on the TV so am very frustrated with the slowness of the TV. This is the second Samsung LED HDTV that I have experienced this problem with; Samsung will not get a third chance.

I’ve had this TV for about 2 years now but in the first year the tv went black it’s the worst TV I’ve ever seen you can’t even have the TV for a full 12 months

I bought this TV a little over 2 years ago and now half of the screen is burnt out. The volume button frequently would stop working and I would have to unplug the TV to get it to work again. The menu would also lag and freeze frequently. I feel like this TV should have lasted longer than 2.5 years based off of the price tag.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this TV for less than 2 years and the screen is already partially black. Samsung saying that the limited warranty is expired. I would not recommend this product.
