I love this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first TV I've ever personally owned and I love it so much. The display colors are so deep and obvious, everything I watch on it is beautiful. It's got every smart feature I could ever need (I live in the Samsung ecosystem) and everything flows seamlessly from screen casting or listening to music. Honestly my favorite feature is the ability to close unused apps using Device Care. Needless to say I plan on staying in this ecosystem with any future device purchases.

Beautiful display and easy setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first TV I’ve ever bought, and I’m glad I went with the AU8000! The display is beautiful. I was worried that a smart TV would require tedious setup, which I have no patience for - but it was smooth and quick, and could be done by an app on my phone (no painful typing of info letter by letter on the remote). Very happy with my purchase.

Great for what I am looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a small room, so this TV firs nicely in it. The picture quality is great. My only real complaint is that sometimes, in order to use apps, especially YouTube, I have to do a hard restart. But it doesn't happen that often.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the YouTube app. If your apps are freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.

Please also make sure your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update
