Phenomenal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an amazing TV! Color quality is amazing on top of the brightness and being able to show off the great blacks. Movies, gaming, you name it! The Game Mode helps the refresh rate and makes the gaming experience much smoother and the multiple different modes help with TV watching as well as movies.

This product has a great picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV to replace a smaller older Samsung model with sound issues. We use the TV to regular network and internet channels and primarily for viewing YouTube. The only issue we have with the unit is that the sound seems to be more Treble and less Bass than the prior unit and, I can't find the setting for this feature but only the different venue settings such as Cinema, or Concert, or Theatre etc. I plan to research that and see if another setting is more to our liking but otherwise, the set meets all of our needs with a beautiful picture. We would recommend this unit to anyone searching this size and price range.

Good product but slow when navigating through apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's an ok product, the image is good. It Is good that it supports AppleTV+ and that you can do Airplay; however, the device is slow when trying to move through apps, or open an app and some apps just stop responding such as Plex. It seems that it also struggles with wifi. I have 1gb up and down and the TV is close to the wireless router; however, it struggles with streaming. If you're planning to use a set-top box such as an AppleTV then I'll recommend this product. If you won't use a set-top box and plan to use it for streaming and especially use it with plex, I would caution you to reconsider another TV version.

1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
You may also want to optimize the smart TV performance and address your issue with response time with the self-diagnostic tool. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

Love this TV. There are some minor issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issue that I have with the TV is that I wish that the interface was different. It’s hard to tell what app you’re on because they’re so small and even when you’re on it it doesn’t enlarge that much. When I think I’m watching Netflix it winds up being Hulu. Secondly the remote control the buttons and they’re so small and there are so many that it’s hard to figure out how to use it without actually having to look sometimes I like to watch a movie in the dark but it’s hard when you can’t see the buttons deposit to go get popcorn

I love my new Samsung TV - Awesome Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung HD TV. I use it to view and stream television programs I want to watch. The set up was really easy, basically just plug and play. The sound and picture quality is top-notch.
My only regret is not purchasing this television sooner. I am a satisfied and happy customer with nothing negative to say about my new Samsung TV.
