LOVE the TV! Remote? Not so much.

i love the clarity and quality of the tv, and all of it's feature. super clear picture, streaming images.
but, i hate the remote. i would love to have a remote with a number keypad rather than the scrolling for numbers approach. as it is, i use a different remote to enter and change channels.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a different TV for years then we got the Samsung TV. The voice is so much clearer and it does not muffle in an open space. The view is spectacular. They are Doing something right over at Samsung!! Keep it up! The remote is so much better then the 7 series as well!

Quality picture, but...

this is the fourth samsung tv i have purchased. for today, i do not see myself buying a tv from another manufacturer. the picture quality for movies is great, however, the blur in actions scenes and sports is disappointing. i thought an au8000 crystal uhd would do a better job than this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

User interface could be a bit more intuitive but overall, and when compared to other tvs, I enjoy watching movies on this television.

i really wanted to like this tv. i purchased online, this was a mistake. first ,i have a hearing problem and the sound quality is not good at all. i now have to purchase a sound bar. had i know this i would have made a different selection. second, the "apps' bar is so small across the screen there is difficulty navigating to my selections. third, the remote control buttons are also too small so double whammy. had i been in the store i would have gone with a different tv. picture is good and size of tv great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
