Great picture, but..

picture is great. easy to use. but needs repair after 6 months. prior tv was a 12 year old ssmsung that wouldnt quit, so we just got rid of it for newer technology. 6 months later it needs to be fixed. line across top of screen and sound works intermittently. seems like by the tine they are sending new screen and speakers and technologist to install, could just send a new tv. glad i took out the extended warranty!

i'm really liking this tv especially coming from a "dumb" tv. the picture is really good, the sounds isn't bad at all and i thought i would've loved the tenor because there's no number pad but it's actually not that bad to get used to. i also think it's priced just right!

i am so glad i finally updated my tv!! this tv has been amazing - easy to set up, crisp, clear quality. i can cast my phone onto to stream starz, but it has a ton more apps than my last tv. i feel like i am finally in the 21st century and it's amazing!!

Volume issues

hi, i got this tv the other day and the picture is great however the volume sounds tinney and there is not option to enrich the sound. i use an amazon fire stick with stb emulator and volume was never an issue with the old samsug tv which lasted 16 years.

i’m not a techie, and this is the first smart tv i’ve ever had, but in my opinion the quality and picture are amazing! sound i didnt even hear because i purchased the a5000 sound bar with the tv, and that sounds amazing! it’s only been 2.5 weeks now, but i’ve watched at least 18 movies on it, and i can’t complain about anything… so far i’m extremely happy with this purchase, and i’d gladly do it again!

Thin profile and Beautiful picture.

if you are someone who is concerned about making the most out of your space, this tv is for you. beautiful picture with thin profile which allows rooms for other tech if need be. the worst thing about this tv is it doesn't acknowledge our wifi cable setup like other tvs do. it onlt wants a plugin setup... in other words your cable box needs to come out or you'll need to run a few more wires. in this day in age, a company like samsung should pay more attention to those details. be mindful you'll also be encouraged by the smasung features you may or may not want (bloat ware). overall a good tv but hard to recommend for the younger crowd.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

samsung really steps up their game with this amazing picture clarity of this 4k crystal experience...gotta see the difference to believe it!...with 20 watts of dolby sound it makes sports and movies incredible to watch...smart tv allows all your apps to download like youtube and amazon music and prime movies and shows plus lots of free apps like freevee and hulu ...the price is so affordable for what you get...slimline style only 46 pounds...highly recommended!
