my first samsung 55" tv stopped working. i hope to have better luck with this tv, my other samsung tv was only 5 yrs old. i do find the picture quality and ease to use samsung products exceptionally good.

Great tv for the money I could spend!

best quality picture on any tv i have ever owned. setup was simple and it walks you through each step. everything that they tell you on the listing is accurate and true. i have added a few apps and there are many many more i can still add if i choose to do so. i have it linked to my iphone 11 and i watch a lot of youtube videos off the phone on the tv. if you are looking for a quality made tv with an outstanding picture look no farther. i also know i questioned if the reviews were real or fake. i assure you i am a real customer. so take my word for it and get the 65” samsung you won’t regret it.

Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Bars”. From there, you can select the AU8000under Q Series.

A little short of greatness

this is a superb tv. one of the thinnest on the market. but it has been stripped of common connectivity. no headphone jack. only pairs to a single device.
i tried to pair two sets of apple airpods. unable, the tv is loaded with bluetooth 4.3, not 5.0 or grester, so only one device can pair. so you resort to trying to connect them via a bluetooth transmitter. airpods dont have volume control when not connected to an apple device. so that is a dead end. how kuch room did a 3.5mm jack take up?
samsung, i hope your planning a software update of this tv to 5.0/5.1 bluetooth, its my only hope to use my airpods with it. just to add some background, pun intended, ambient noise environments wrech to audio, and buds/pods are the choice way to go. give me the option!

Love our new TV

we bought this tv for our bedroom because my husband wanted a bigger tv than our previous 42”. we love it! it has a beautiful picture and is a perfect size for watching tv in bed. would definitely recommend.

Amazing picture!

i absolutely love this tv! i needed to replace my old toshiba that was dying and this more than fit the bill. i needed another 50" tv because of my limited space. i think, otherwise, i would've gone with a 55" or 65". loaded with apps that i still have to figure out (lol) the picture is amazingly clear and the color is wonderful. the set up was pretty easy for a non-tech person like me. the remote is pretty good. i haven't set up the voice remote though. i guess i just don't need it. i'm afraid if i set up alexa in it, and i yell her name, every alexa thing in my apartment would turn on! one con though is the sound. it's terrible for such an amazing tv. thank goodness i have an awesome samsung sound bar. you definitely need one.

had slight problem getting to local channels, chatted with one of your associates and received excellent help. problem resolved
