Great picture

the picture and sound are very good. hook up was very simple. the remote is what worries me. there are very few buttons and some are multipurpose, so they get a lot of use. there are no numbers, but you can hit a button to get numbers on the screen. the problem is we like to scroll the low number channels and the high number channels and haven't found a way to get between them without a lot of button pushing.

new tv showed up within a couple of days. very easy to setup, easy to use, and picture quality is great. i love it so far.

Doesn’t measure up to other Samsung tvs I own

sound is very poor. need to turn up to half volume before it’s within a normal range. compared to other samsung tvs that are the same at a quarter. very thin, tinny sound.
the voice remote is usekess. i have google assist. you cant change channels with it and there’s no keypad to do so manually. it lacks the capabilities of an xfibity voice remote significantly
edge lit picture quality is poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate you sharing your detailed review regarding the sound quality and voice assistant control. One possible cause for the low volume is the source. Some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low.

Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.

We recommend you try a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test. Another way to check the source volume is to test an internal streaming source like Netflix or YouTube to compare.

You may also want to select from several Sound Modes and advanced settings to meet your personal preferences. Press the Home button on your remote, and then navigate to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

great picture, looks great, sounds great. easy to scroll through menus. easy to set up and install in our bedroom (wall mounted). takes some time to get used to the remote; it is pretty touchy if accidentally grabbed the wrong way ;) we love it…works great for what we bought it for.

TV Picture is great, sound sucks

i have to keep the sound on 100 in order to be able to hear dialog.
even after adding a bose bluetooth speaker (which plays music from my phone and computer that echoes through my apt), this thing just doesn't push any sound. it's like the volume control simply doesn't work.

this tv is a replacement for another i brought 2 1/2 years ago, through the warranty company. i haven’t had it for very long (3 weeks), but so far so good. the picture is crisp, clean, and vivid. it has great features, like 3 hdmi connections .
so far i am very pleased. i just hope it lasts longer than the last one as the only warranty i have on this one is what’s left on the broken one.

i have been a loyal vizio costumer for a long timebut the last one i bought only lasted a year. now that ive seen how good yhis tv is i will never buy another vizio
