love this tv picture quality is beautiful audio is great this is my first samsung 50 inch 4k tv i use samsung phones for years and they always works flawless samsung makes great products and had this tv a month watch it everyday no problems at all works flawless

Huge improvements over our previous 2018 model

we previously owned a 2018 model (60") and because we not only watched it a lot in the evenings, but left it on during the day so our dog would have background noise. essentially it was on nearly 20 hours a day for 4 years. this 65" model was to replace that one. we were impressed by the improved screen resolution, thinner panel, lighter weight and the dedicated buttons on the remote were such a great addition. setup was easy and the sync with our wi-fi and all our existing streaming services was smooth. overall very pleased. we would have liked if it was on sale for maybe $100 less, then we would have given 5 stars for perceived value.

Good luck getting TV to turn off

this tv is brand new (2 weeks) and constantly turns itself on. we have resorted to having to unplug the tv and this is our second one since x mas. we have another brand that starts with an s and its so much better. i’ve seen reviews of constant noises too and that is also an issue. we will most likely return this tv

Ticking sound when turned off

the tv is great picture wise, easy to set up. this is my 4th samsung tv purchase and the only one that makes a ticking sound when it's turned off. is there a fix to this problem ?

Clear sharp picture

great picture. remote sucks, past remotes had real buttons to accomplish tasks. now you have software based functions and a wheel pads that is multifunction. enter a channel number from drop menu and you wait fir software to catch up. and ff and pause are a nightmare.

Good bang for the buck

nice tv for the price, good picture and easy to wall mount. the set up process is horrendous! super complicated and not intuitive at all. it’s also lacking component cable input. i would’ve tried an lg or a sony instead, but the price was too good.

Great Everything!

My wife and I bought this TV because our previous set broke during a move. Did minimal research but learned it was a good tv and for the price, an excellent value. We have been, more and more, thrilled with our purchase because the TV itself has been far exceeding any reviews we read. The display unfortunately after a couple of months had a defect, dead pixels and streaking lines, but then Customer Support stepped in and in a couple of weeks replaced the entire display free of charge. The warranty was honored and all was taken care of! Thank you so much Samsung, in every way I can think of!
