Terrible App, Good TV

first of all the manual is in reality non-existent, you have to go online to see the manual. the tizen app is terrible, hard and difficult to use. i was never successful in permanently changing the order of streaming channels i actually use. the apps constantly re-order themselves; with the load of what i consider garbage apps, that i am unable to delete. the tv itself works well, and has good color and picture. i wish i could delete tizen. i went out and purchased a roku streaming stick. this is the interface i wish all tvs had.

extremely high quality image. lightweight and extremely easy to assemble. fantastic sound quality and all i have been watching are the samsung tv channels! there is an entire channel that plays nothing but project runway episodes. i don’t think i’ve changed the tunnel twice lol

my family loves this tv the picture is very clear, it took a little bit of time to get used to get used to all the functions. but we love it. we are a samsung family from our phones, to watches, tablets and now tv. thank you

Beautiful picture quality!

we had a 42 inch samsung plasma tv in an armoire in our living room for about 20 years. decided at the last minute to get rid of the armoire and purchase this 75 inch screen for our large living room. it looks fantastic and it is the perfect fit. we love this tv and we love all of our other samsung products. well done samsung!

nice tv with WIFI issues

my tv will not stay connected to the wifi. it will reconnect if the tv is reset but after an hour or so it will just lose wifi connection again. i have unplugged the tv for 30 minutes and plugged back in, reset network settings, changed dns settings to 8.8.8.8., and done a full factory reset and it will still just disconnect from wifi randomly after an hour or two. i have reset router and wifi and that did not fix the issue. all other devices in my house are streaming and working correctly. i have verified with my internet provider and everything is working correctly. the tv is not even 6 months old. was on phone with samsung for half an hour trying to get fixed so hopefully the service center can fix the issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We suggest you try the following to potentially resolve issues you may be experiencing:
1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
Additionally, to optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care. This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

needs access to more apps like roku has. need to be able to remove or hide apps that you dont use or want. some features are overly complicated. sounds is not great but ok. i will hook mine to a sound system.

i love the size and clarity of the pictures. i always buy samsung product and was looking for a tv for my other bedroom. i brought my samsung tv about a week ago and i'm loving it.
