My product isnt the best,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] well my product, isnt working very well, the picture flickers now again, also gives off heat and could hear light going or what ever it i, i hope im lucky enough to win, it be a deal, im about to curb the darn thing i have now. Well i hope this will work out, fingers crossed.

Thank you for purchasing Samsung's AU8000 Crystal UHD TV and for sharing your review. Your experience is important to us and will be shared with our product teams.
If your TV is flickering / dimming sporadically, you may need to disable some of the energy efficiency features.
1) Go to Settings > General > Power and Energy Saving - and disable Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, & Motion Lighting
2) Go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings - and disable Contrast Enhancer.
3) Run Picture Test. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test
If the tested image quality is normal, check the signal of your connected device.
Please know, Samsung TVs use a combination of metal and plastic material. These materials are subject to expansion and contraction due to temperature changes. Occasional creaking, popping, or cracking may be heard. With this in mind, here are a few quick tips on how to reduce the expansion that can cause these noises.
1) Ensure that there is adequate ventilation. Some enclosures may not allow for proper ventilation. This causes the internal temperature to increase and the plastic to expand even more than normal. For recommended ventilation requirements, please see your user manual. 2) Make sure there aren't any heating or air conditioning vents pointing directly at the TV. 3) Verify that the TV is on a flat and level surface. Tilting or an uneven stand can increase these noises.
