Its a great TV but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV but the user interface is hard to navigate and sometimes a little frustrating the it would be great if it would let you customize the layout but it doesn't I do love that it has an internet browsers and aps for email what I don't like that It for some reason don't associate my samsung members account with the Samsung members account on my TV that was frustrating I also can't easily mirror. My samsung a21 as easily as I would want to other than that it looks Cristal clear and has a great has a great color depth

Thank you for choosing Samsung’s AU8000 Crystal UHD TV and for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding the user interface of your TV. To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download the Q60A TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the AU8000 TV under Crystal UHD TVs > A Model Lineup to download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

The Samsung Smart Hub offers a large collection of popular apps ranging from entertainment, fashion, sports, weather, games, streaming, VOD, kids, and much more. Please know that you can customize the Smart Hub by removing apps from or adding apps to the home screen. You can also rearrange apps to your liking.

From your Smart Hub: Simply select an app and press and hold the ‘Enter’ button in the middle your remote’s directional button pad. You will see a popup menu with options to move or remove it.

From Apps: Home > Apps > Select the desired app. From there, you can add to home, lock, move, reinstall or delete.

Love this TV it does everything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use the TV for streaming YouTube, Netflix, HBOmax, prime, hulu with an ethernet connection. My favorite thing is the steam link app to mirror my computer and using the smart view app on my s21 ultra to connect and mirror my phone to play videos or view pictures with family.
This is my third samsung TV and won't be my last!
