[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love to watch a movie especially drama movies Love basketball and football especially college favorite team is Oklahoma Sooners favorite NFL team is the cowboy the pictures are really good that sounds great the control is easy to use love the size of the tv not to big and not to small.

Great TV overall (so far)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family uses our tv most of the day, most days and so far we have not had any issues. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it seems to load the apps slowly. Otherwise the picture is great, the sound is good and the it’s pretty easy to use.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
Should you need further assistance, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.

Best tv I’ve ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setting up my TV was simple it’s the first smart TV I’ve ever owned and it was so worth it. The picture is crystal clear colors are even brighter! It is so thin it’s almost flat against my wall. This TV is definitely top 10 best appliances I have ever owned and I just wish I had it sooner!!

Upgrade to 50” Crystal Did the Trick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an old Samsung 42” TV That was not smart to take advantage of new APPS. Very pleased with picture quality and better technology. Only issues were during setup which was cumbersome. Still have some issues with remote capabilities and function with Apple Fire Stick.

Awesome product - vivid color!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great purchase. I really enjoy watching television now. The color in the dynamic mode is awesome. My children and I enjoy rewatching old movies on this TV and seeing things we never noticed before or how the vivid color makes the movies look new. Do yourself a favor and buy one!
