Bad TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV memory or processor is way to slow. They took away the weather app and smart services. So it's not that smart TV anymore. The remote control stinks. Have to reset the TV each time your use it. By doing a master reset. Holding power button down for 2 minutes. That stinks, worse T.V. ever. Please refund me my money.

Excellent TV for the bedroom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV for the bedroom and then added the Samsung 60 series soundbar with subwoofer as well as the rear speakers and stands. The entire setup rivals my living room 65 inch Samsung with the 650 soundbar subwoofer and rear speakers, hands down!

Disappointing Features

I expected a lot more from this company. There are several features but they are not as easy to setup with my OTHER devices as indicated. I really would like to see more compatibility with commonly used devices that are in homes today
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung AU8000 Crystal UHD TV and for sharing your review. I’m sorry to hear that your out-of-box experience has initially fallen short of your expectations. Your feedback regarding lack of features is important to us and will be shared with our product teams.
You can use Bixby, Amazon Alexa, and Google Assistant with your TV either with the voice button on your remote or by connecting to existing Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa devices. You can change the settings of a Voice Assistant after selecting it.
Go to Settings > General > Voice > Voice Assistant
Select which Voice Assistant you would like to help control your TV. To use this function, the TV must be connected to the Internet. Your Samsung Smart Remote contains the voice recognition microphone. Please be sure that it is not too far away from you, turned upside down, or located in an environment with loud ambient noise. Use the Samsung Smart Remote less than 2 ft. away with the remote control buttons facing upward. Do not place the Samsung Smart Remote near the TV speakers or an audio speaker.
For additional control of Smart Home devices, explore Samsung's QLED TV options featuring a built in SmartThings dashboard allowing you to monitor and configure smart devices you have connected to the SmartThings service.

best bang for your buck

Amazing television

The picture quality is very clear and the colors are very vibrant. I have two Samsung tv's, a Samsung tablet and 2 Samsung smartphones. I trust Samsung for many of my electronics.
