It's a really good TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It connects to Internet games television very well But my picture shows dark sometimes it's real clear Sound is beautiful I really love my TV wish I had the money to buy another one is there any kind of way that we could swap out let me know... Thank you for purchasing Samsung's 2021 AU8000 Crystal UHD TV and for sharing your review.
If you are uncomfortable with the default brightness settings, you can customize the brightness level between 0 – 50 to your preference. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Brightness.
You can also try different Picture Modes to see which best fits your needs. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode for the below choices:
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.

This product has a perfect picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first experience with a smart TV.
From the minute we picked up the TV and brought it into the house everything was very easy to set up, from the wall mounting to activating an account.
The format of the menu is very easy to navigate. The tv control is easy to understand so you always know what buttons to push. The prompts are so easy and anybody can follow along.
We love the live streaming ability. The surroundsound combined with the picture makes you feel like you’re part of what you’re watching.
Our grand children love the cartoons and the movies that have recently been added to the lineup. This picture is so clear there is no glare or fuzziness around the outer edges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has a great picture and I love the deep dark vivid colors. I play a lot of video games on it and when it's in game mode the refresh rate and picture quality are balanced to give the person playing a great picture. I love the this TV.
