I like the Samsung TV feature

I also had to purchase some additional connectors which were not included with the Flat Screen television. I was so happy to discover that the set came with Samsung TV which is something I never heard of before. It gave me access to shows that I never had before and best of all, at no cost. I also like the channel guide.
The sound quality is just ok. Sometimes I have to boost the volume quite a bit to hear the audio. Perhaps a sound bar would help, but I never had one before and I didn't need it. On this unit, the speakers are in the back which may have something to do with the ability to clearly hear the audio.
The picture is very bright and quality is good.

To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download the AU8000 TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the AU8000 TV under Crystal UHD TVs > A Model Lineup to download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.
There are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences.
Change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings
