Great tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv it does everything i want it to do. I play games and watch sports mainly. My only concern is that it’s not as loud as i thought it would. Overall perfect tv. I’d recommend it for anybody.

Thank you for choosing the 2021 AU8000 Crystal UHD TV and for your review. There are several volume features you can adjust to your liking.

Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.

Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.

Should you ever have questions or need help, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.

Stunning picture and great Apps

No Peloton app available on Samsung

tv is great except that you cannot download the peloton app because of issues vetween samsung and peloton?!?! please workmit out.
the workarounds online do not work. why isnt the peloton app available on samsung tvs? seems ridiculous
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use, Never has issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my tv for gaming, movies, tv, music, and watching live streams. I never have any issues with this tv. It never freezes or crashes like other smart tvs do. I never lose my connection to the internet and the picture quality is fantastic. It's so easy to use everything is right there on the open screen. It's easy to manipulate the screen and set it up the way you want it to be and downloading and deleting apps is a breeze. I'm extremely happy with my tv.

You will not be disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've watched 4K videos on the built-in YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video applications, and the 4K picture is beautiful. The upscaling is magical, and the sound quality is also quite good from a TV's built-in speakers.
The features and setup are very user-friendly. I love the "Tap view" feature. Basically, (which I was unaware of until after I purchased the TV) if you have a Samsung smartphone, you can tap your phone on the TV (or near it); you are prompted to display your phone’s screen on the TV. Something I didn't know I wanted until I started using it.
