Great Picture but slow response

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV size and picture quality is great, but the response to remote is pretty slow. Not sure if it's a bios issue or something else.

Thank you for your review of Samsung's 65" AU8000 Crystal UHD TV and sharing your experience with slow remote response time.
To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware (v.1805.4). You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
Should you need further assistance, please contact Samsung Customer Support at: 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.
For additional support resources, visit us on the Samsung website and click on the ‘Support’ link in the upper right corner of the homepage for:

Great upgrade!

This is my first TV purchase ever as I always used my iMac for streaming and don't care for cable. I've only had it a few weeks, but his TV seems to be everything I was looking for. My only concern is that it's super thin and seems like the screen could easily break since it's so big. But no issues so far! Great quality for a smart TV.

This TV is the easiest TV I have ever set up. Color is brilliant and beautiful.
My 1st Samsung will not be my last...Love this TV. Great product and very reasonably priced.
