No NBA App???!!!

samsung does not support the nba app??!! i'm a big sports fan and bought my samsung tv exclusively to watch sports. i assumed that the nba app would be available and was floored that it wasn't.
basketball is a huge sport, why on earth can't samsung get access to this popular and essential sports app?
the app of one of the four largest sports in america isn't available? mind boggling....
if you are a sports fan like me, i'd strongly advise against buying a samsung tv.
i may even return mine due to this ridiculous issue.
samsung - figure it out!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great picture. Poorly designed remote.

although i'm very pleased with the performance and picture quality of the au8000, the accompanying remote has been designed for style over functionality. the small (easy to misplace) remote was included with the tv without any instructions on how to use it. i had to call samsung to figure out how to change volume and channels (instead of intuitively pressing down bar, you have to toggle it). can't believe this gadget made it through beta-testing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for purchasing the AU8000 Crystal UHD TV and for sharing your review. I am glad to hear you are enjoying the performance of your new Samsung Smart TV. Your feedback regarding the remote included with the TV is important to us and will be shared with our product teams.
Please know that many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for > than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appears. Pressing the RETURN button (looks like a curved, backwards facing arrow) returns you to the previous menu, pressing it while watching a program will take you back to the previous channel.
You can download the Q60A TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking "Support" > "Manuals & Software" > "TVs & Home Theater". From there, you can select the Q60A TV under "QLED 4K TVs” > “A Model Lineup" and download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.
