Extremely painful vibration on intimate parts of the body, even on the lowest settings. Would be more gentle to slap yourself with a wet fish. It could be used as a muscle massager, but there's far better and cheaper versions of that and I certainly did not purchase this with a physio massage in mind.
It's very hard and heavy, not even the tip is soft or flexible. None of the pulse vibration functions are ones I'd find remotely pleasuring, and you need to cycle through them all to get to the constant vibration.
The buttons are very difficult to nagivate with touch alone, making control cumbersome in those crucial moments of excitement.
I wish I had something nice to say about this product, as an older woman with a long history of vibratory purchases, this is the worst one I've ever used.
Will be kept in the drawer to use in self defence purposes only or for a game of rounders.
Deeply unsatisfied customer in more ways than one.

Really powerful, quite quiet and long-lasting battery, ergonomic. Unfortunately, no real effect for me. I prefer the Sila. Which didn't last long enough. I wanted to try something else... you can't know without trying. on the other hand for massages it is great!
