Buy the original Smart Wand instead

My original Smart Wand died after 4 of 10 years. I tried this one after a failed “relationship” with the medium Smart Wand, no power. This one is missing the best feature!!!! No Sensie Touch! That was the setting I always used. I’m very disappointed with the Smart Wand 2. And I don’t like the USB power connector. I feel like I’ve lost my best lover and have to settle for Mr Right Now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’m something of a connoisseur of toys.
I’ve had many, many buzzy wands. Usually for power I’d reach for a mains powered wand… until I met the Lelo Smart Wand.

For me the difference is the rumble of the Lelo. Other toys buzz you to oblivion, where the Lelo coaxes you there. The rumble is almost representative of force, a more natural building climax.
I’ve been using my Smart Wand for 12 months now and love it so much that I bought a second one to keep at my boyfriends house. They’re becoming friends after an initial standoff…

the best investment of my life, until it broke

I even avoided putting it in the water completely for fear of damaging the product, I bought it in March 2017, and it has not turned on for 2 months. I was confident that it was a product that could last 10 years (as it says on the web), after all it is an expensive and quality brand. I would like to know what kind of options I have for when the product does not last 10 years.

I would definitely suggest contacting our customer care team so they can provide you with the instructions on how to place a warranty claim for it under a 10-year option and be able to follow up on your case.

It has a pretty strong vibration. It just isnt very ergonomical to use. It's nice as an actual body massager though. Pretty nice when I am sore from my workouts. Just not my favorite toy to use, little awkward to hold and the vibration doesn't feel that good.
