I even avoided putting it in the water completely for fear of damaging the product, I bought it in March 2017, and it has not turned on for 2 months. I was confident that it was a product that could last 10 years (as it says on the web), after all it is an expensive and quality brand. I would like to know what kind of options I have for when the product does not last 10 years.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, please note the duration of products depends on many factors concerning usage, storage, way of cleaning, charging and so on. I would definitely suggest contacting our customer care team so they can provide you with the instructions on how to place a warranty claim for it under a 10-year option and be able to follow up on your case.
So far I am loving this device! Everything from battery life, to vibration modes, and overall POWER, this will definitely have her cumming back for more! ;)
I am happy with the smart wand. But would like to point out that it comes with A LOT of packaging. That is really not necessary, please consider the environmental impact and reduce the waste that comes with each product.
