I bought this a month ago and I’m so happy that I did. It has multiple functions as far as maneuverability goes and several speeds. The size is good, too. The material that it is made out of is very smooth and non-irritating.

I tried it several times and was not a fan. Did not feel the way I expected and am upset I spent the money on a toy that doesn't work for me. I love lelo but this isn't great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
