As an older (57) & somewhat girthier guy, I struggled with this at first as I wasn’t used to wearing this kind of thing & it did seem very tight to begin with. However, I persevered and found that it gave me something that I’d not seen for a very long time. I swelled to a size that I thought had been long gone and, more importantly, I stayed like that for as long as it took. I was worried that it might have reduced the intensity of the climax by being too restrictive but my fears were ill founded. My husband and I have used this once since we got it a few weeks ago. His number one thing that he was surprised to find out was how it didn't interfere with how low I could thrust down on him. I wished the vibrations were stronger even though it has multiple levels of intensity. This isn't something we reach for Everytime but it's nice to have in the bedside drawer when you want it.
