I bought this because my guy enjoys lots of pressure at the base - this was our first foray into the world of rings. He seemed pleased and is still getting used to it. I loved it and was surprised at what it added to my experience too! I was nervous to have something "between" us, but it didn't feel that way at all, and seemed to enhance sensation. Definitely recommend as a fun couples toy.
