We own a few Lelo products and have really enjoyed them all. This one is good quality, but is just our least favorite purchase. I've used similar items that cost much less with a better experience. The ring itself is very bulky and takes up about 1/2 inch of space making it's use awkward all around.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
