[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are a big coffee person then this is for you! I love a good latte and this machine has allowed me to have them right at home! It’s really easy to set up and although it looks intimidating at first it’s very easy to use! I will say that the box was kind of big and a bit on the heavy side. So keep that in mind when purchasing if you’re someone who isn’t supposed to lift heavier things

But, there was no reason for me to fear, the machine is easy to use and makes the most superb cup of coffee I have ever had! I love this machine and can't imagine going back to my old coffee maker. Also, the machine is beautiful!

I like being able to use my favorite beans and have the machine grind them fresh. Easy to use with instructions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, this espresso machine is absolutely stunning. We just updated our kitchen and this machine completes the look. However, the reality is at the end of the day we got this espresso maker for the coffee. You will definitely want to take your time reading through the manual and becoming familiar with the functionality. Once you are comfortable, everything makes sense and it is super easy to navigate. The coffee taste flat out amazing. We had no idea what we were missing and it is 100% worth the investment to up your coffee game.

At first glance, the machine can look intimidating; however, the manual setup instructions were extremely easy to follow and I had the espresso machine up and running in no time.
The espresso coffee that I just made literally tastes better than any coffee that I have ever purchased from any coffee shop.
I would highly recommend this item to all of you coffee fanatics out there!

Tamping sucks. Filter basket stuck the coffee puck

Tamping isn’t the best not clean. Coffee grinds fall on the side of portafilter and extractions isn’t even. Tried many different grains but non gets great results. Filter basket is cone shaped and won’t accept puck filters and coffee pucks are always stuck so you have to hit the know box in a very violent manner in order to take it off. The crema system works flawless but in general is hard to dial. Not for beginners. In general is a great option.
