I love this machine

I purchased my vertuo next machine last week. I absolute love it. I love the 6 sizes of coffee brewing including pour over

Frustrating and unreliable

It's broken twice and is now out of warranty. Nespresso "repaired it" the first time but it only worked for a month before breaking again.

Two Failed Units in Less than A Year.

After believing that we were "upgrading" from our existing wonderful VertuoPlus machine, we have required two warranty replacements of this VertuoNext machine in less than a year, while our original VertuoPlus machine continues to make wonderful coffee. Thankfully, customer service was able to replace this machine with a different model during this most recent failure. This VertuoNext machine (speaking for the two that we have used) is comparatively less efficient at extracting liquid from pods, resulting in liquid remaining in used pods that does not exist in other VertuoLine coffee makers.
We performed the "cleaning cycles" as prescribed (even though we've never had to do this with any other VertuoLine machine) and the machines still failed due to "clogging" errors after approximately 6 months of service each. We are a household of two and use roughly 14 pods a week, so I would not consider our use to be abnormally high.
The WIFI connectivity does little that is useful to the consumer and the "pour-over" pods that this machine enables are a minimal value to most considering the evident flawed construction of this machine.

Thanks to the always amazing and patient customer service, we have been able to obtain replacements (after waiting over 5 business days for each replacement machine to arrive), but when the average reviews on the Nespresso website suggest that the "new" Vertuo machine is vastly inferior to the existing machines, next time I will pay closer attention. We love our Nespresso, but the VertuoNext is a dud.

Makes good coffee

Sometimes has technical issues. There should be one more button to hard reset the machine.

Do not purchase

I’ve never had so much trouble from a coffee machine. Mine didn’t even last 7 months. When I run a pod, water leaks everywhere to the point that it has stained my countertop. The coffee comes out as a minuscule amount. The descaling is a nightmare. This machine is an absolute joke and I will make sure no one I know buys this.

Pretty But Not Very Good

I bought this in November and at first I liked it. It is pretty and I liked having more flavors etc. And the coffee was hot.
Now the coffee is barely hot and every cup requires you heat the coffee cup first. And the coffee isn’t as good as the old machine was. The coffee just looks fancier.
And as far as I can tell there is no reason for it to be connected to wifi.
I never thought I would say this but the Smart Keurig is better.
It is too expensive Just to be Pretty.

I received this in May as a Mother’s Day gift it started leaking water from the top sides about 2 months after that and they have replaced it 2 more times each having the same issue. I asked if I could just pay to upgrade to a different model, but they will not let me. They are having this 3rd one sent back for repair. This leaves me without a machine 2-4 weeks. 3 machines same problem all within 6 months. I have yet to go through 10 sleeves of coffee since May. I do not recommend this model!
