Love this little guy!

I bought this machine back in February of 2024 (7 months now) and I absolutely love this one! I was tired of brewing half quality coffee beans and getting stale, bitter, and sad results. I switched to Nespresso because, 1.) Buying lattes outside is already expensive enough. 2.) I can switch between coffee and espresso pods. 3.) I get to play around with the pods and choose which flavor/strength I want each day. 4.) This little guy takes up so little space! 5.) The pacific blue is too cute. 6.) Fast shipping from the website.
Overall, I am glad I switched and will never go back to drip coffee machines again. :)

Would NOT Recommend

I've had this machine for a year now and can say that I absolutely do not recommend it or and quite frankly hate it. We got the Vertuo Pop to replace our older machine because it ws suppose to be slimer and quiet and I regret that decision. The main issue is that the machine will quit when making more than 5 oz of coffee and has been tripped the circuit twice. We did not have the same issue with our old machine. It is also very sensitive with the capsules. We have wasted so many capsules because we have gotten an error and the machine is unable to make coffee. Our older Nespresso Machine was more efficient and just easier to use, I regret getting rid of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review. We’re dismayed to learn that your Vertuo Pop+ machine is having issues brewing capsules after receiving error messages. Most Nespresso machines have at least a one-year warranty, with a lifetime a lifetime of free troubleshooting, via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. We recommend calling Nespresso for assistance to speak with a machine expert who can assist you with your machine. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options via our Assistance Service Program. We’re confident we’ll get you back to enjoying your favorite blends again soon.

Great Quality & Product

I love a traditional espresso machine but they are expensive to maintain and sometimes I don't have time in the morning to set it all up. My Nespresso is so easy to use and clean and makes high quality espresso/drinks with the push of a button.

The Best Coffee Machine Ever!

When I purchased the Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, I tried a variety of different flavors and they all tasted wonderful! I’m going to recommend this superb machine to friends.

I’ve Had my machine about 6 months, I absolutely Love it! I used it as an espresso machine, i Don’t brew the coffee pods. When i brew my double espresso in the morning, I my house smells like a Starbucks! i love this machine. You cant beat the price. I also have the milk Frother, Which I I highly suggest if you plan on making a latte or any milk added drinks!
I had n issue with the machine not wanting to work about a month ago, But they sent out a new machine. I Don’t Know if i am crazy, But i think its producing a smidge less espresso than the previous machine…..
