Small Machine with a Loud Heart

I bought this machine over the weekend and I can humbly say I'm enjoying the machine for now as it's working as intended. The machine doesn't take up a lot of counter space and I can say the fun colors will definitely make it stand out on your counter or where ever you go. My only flaw with the Machine is that as its reading the Capsule and brewing the coffee, the Machine is pretty loud and the Crème on the coffee doesn't come out as thick as say the Evoluo or Vertuo Plus. But if that's two things you can look past you wont go wrong with this purchase.

Variety and service is SO GOOD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this machine and it wasnt' working after a couple months, after a 15 minutes phone call with the service team, not only did they walk me through how to clean the machine, they quickly replaced my machine and I was enjoying single, double, intenso, and other types within a week. Such a great experience both with my new machine's yummy options as well as a fantastic backup team to ensure I don't go without coffee :)

Machine has been a nightmare. It no longer pulls in water and after troubleshooting we still have a non functioning machine. I would purchase a different machine after all the issues we have had. Nespressos only solution is to troubleshoot some more.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Leaks after a year!

After a years worth of use it started leaking and trouble shooting didn’t help. As well as weekly cleaning. It was amazing up until this.

Better machine than Vertuo Next

Coffee using this machine vs the vertuo next machine gives it a more darker roast taste. Like it makes the coffee stronger somehow. Also more frothy, which is cool. I also like that I don’t have to use my man hands strength to open and close it.

Best decision ever

I love it! I was on the fence about purchasing because I’m extremely picky about my coffee. I’ve gone to the same small town coffee shop for 10 years and for the last year have struggled with their lack on consistency due to employee turnover. With that said, I haven’t had an espresso or coffee pod I don’t like yet!! Easy and quick to use. Espresso is smooth & delicious. Only down side is having to order pods versus running to the store in a pinch BUT shipping has been extremely fast. I’ve placed my 3rd over in less than a month 😏 I can drink iced lattes all day long at a fraction of the cost.

Great Entry Nespresso Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Nespresso unit. I bought this for my workplace. It is simple and easy to use. The unit doesn’t produce hot enough coffee like my previous unit but still works great.
