Great coffee, terrible machine.

Just don’t buy this machine. There’s a whole Facebook group dedicated to nespresso, and just how terrible this machine is. Buy any other one. These break notoriously. Mine did after 6 cups of coffee.

This was a replacement machine... still a dud

I was sent this machine as a replacement to my leaking Vertuo Next ... after 2 days it doesn't work again.
Process has taken forever to resolve :(

I'm on my 3rd machine going on my 4th...

Received this as a gift in 2020 and while it makes amazing coffee, it's only great when it works...which, at this point, is about 2/10 times. The coffee is great, the customer service is great, and lastly the warranty is especially great because I have literally had this machine replaced TWICE now. I'm writing this after having received my replacement machine just a week ago and wanted to run a cleaning cycle for routine maintenance. Surprise surprise, it decides not to work. The kicker is that the Nespresso app recognized the issue as an empty wataer tank, even though the tank is absolutely full, so even the app is incredibly useless. After 20 minutes of troubleshooting, it looks like I'm about to get sent my 4th machine. I have wasted so much time troubleshooting this machine, setting up new replacements, repackaging defective machines, and driving to the UPS Store to have it shipped out. The coffee is great, but for the amount of inconvenience this machine has given me, it is absolutely not worth it.

Get a different machine

I have the VertuoPlus machine, and I have been SO pleased with it. I bought my mom the Vertuo Next machine, and within a month, it quit working. Do not buy this machine. Get a different one.

GREAT COFFE EXTREEMLY TROUBELSOME MACHINE

WE ARE NOW SENDING BACK OUR THIRD "VERTUO NEXT DELUX" THE FIRST WAS NOT WORKING AFTER 4 MONTHS (spilling water all over the counter and floor), THE SECOND GAVE OUT JUST AFTER THE WARENTY EXPIERED (Nespresso did send a free replacement), THE THIRD (sitting on the counter) STOPPED WORKING AFTER 5 DAYS. (Very noisy and stuck in cleaning mode). I DEFFINATLY CANNOT RECOMEND THE VERTUO NEXT DELUX.
*OUR "VERTUO PLUS DELUX" HOWEVER HAS BEEN WORKING FLAWLESSLY FOR OVER 3 YEARS.

Broke in 12 months...

I have been a Nespresso fan and avid consumer for more than a decade; I thoroughly enjoy their product lines as the best prepackaged coffee/espresso available and have enjoyed their high-quality products like the Citiz, Lattissima, etc but the Vertuo Next is garbage. The observations I can offer are common among the other comments already listed for this product including the most notable which is a failure to function at 12 months (powered up, spun up, then failed to start the pump with the orange light flashing twice at 1Hz then powers off). I failed to read the comments prior to purchase and regret that. All that said, while this product is not an offering worthy of the Nespresso brand, I purchased a Vertuo Plus instead based on its reviews and can attest that is a much better product.

Great coffee but broke within 2 months

Our machine worked great for about a month and a half. Then, the machine began to leak. We went through the troubleshooting process with no luck. Now we are stuck with a defective machine.

horrible machine!! Broken after 3 months!

I bought this is October and it is already broken. There is so consistency. Even with factory resets, descaling, and help from Nespresso, nothing works. Not worth the money and this machine taints the quality of Nespresso products. Do not buy the Vertuo Next.
