Ditched Peet’s and Starbucks

This is my second machine. I can customize any drink I want anytime I want it. My only complaint is the de-scaling process. I would like to see a 1 or 2 step process.. I Love my Nespresso!

It is normal for all Nespresso machines to make some noise during operation. Please keep in mind the following factors that may be contributing to the noise: • New machines with brand new pumps will produce less noise over time. • If operating without water in the tank, the pump will be louder. • The machine should be stable, with rubber feet on the bottom. If any rubber feet are missing it may cause an abnormal vibration. • The ideal surface for the machine should be solid and flat such as hard wood or a granite counter top. Sitting your machine on top of a rubber mat or folded kitchen towel will slightly help eliminate the noise. For best maintenance for your machine, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week. The Vertuo Next comes with a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting support through Nespresso. Buy a better Vertuo

Have had trouble with this machine from the first month. Now it is leaking water everywhere. I have has better luck with my Keurig. I am so thankful I still have the Keurig. Constantly having issues with the Vertuo next.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best coffee machine; excellent customer service!

I've been drinking Nespresso coffee for a while now and I love this machine. There is so much engineering designed into this compact machine. It's great for my apartment as I have limited counter space. Everything in the world has flaws, but the Nespresso customer support system is amazing. I wish there were more flavors to choose from and supplied in more supermarkets around the nation. Overall, I would recommend this machine to any coffee lover!

Two broken machines

The first Vertuo Next I had stopped working within 2 months. It complete stopped brewing anything, leaked black liquid all over my counter, and was a steady yellow light. Customer service stepped in and sent me a new machine. This one stopped working within a few weeks. It will not let me do the cleaning, reset, or scaling function. It makes brews about 25% of the time but only makes half the regular amount of coffee (a 7.7 oz capsule gives me less than 4 oz of liquid). I am getting ready to call customer service again. This style of machine was a gift and I am hoping they let me exchange it for a new one.

Coffee is great! but the Machine is a piece of jun

I purchased the machine less than a month ago. It brewed amazing coffee for about two weeks and hasn't worked since. I have tried all troubleshooting, talked to the cust support but seems like the machine is faulty. Looking to exchange for a VertuoPlus

Works great at first...but...

I've had one of these at work and there was a small issue with it. We had to find videos online and there was a small hack where you had to take out the water tank, the capsule container, and flip the whole thing upside down...and then it would work. Ok so fine no big deal.
Then I got one for my birthday and started having issues 2 months in. I called customer service and lady was so sweet, but it seemed like she was looking through the manual trying to figure it out as she was talking to me. We did try some things to get rid of the orange blinking light, 45 min later we get the orange light to stop but now the water is leaking through the front of it. Luckily there is a 1 year warranty and I did ask for a different type of nespresso machine so I'm very thankful for that. This specific one seems to have lots of issues.
