Needs to be hotter

Love this machine. But it's not really brewing coffee as hot as it should. Is there anything I can do to adjust?

Thank you for your review, Paul. We recommend descaling your machine with Nespresso Descaling Solution every 3 months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first, to remove internal mineral deposit that can build up, which can affect the flow, temperature and overall performance of your machine. A weekly cleaning will keep the brew unit clear of grinds and coffee residue. If you're still experiencing issues after descaling, please call us to speak with a machine expert. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 800-562-1465.

Great for countertops

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size of this machine. I had the Vertuo Next before it broke and this smaller size makes just as good of coffee but taking much less space. Also the pop of color is a nice look on the countertop.

2nd Machine So far so good

First Veruo Next machine was defective and leaked water out the side. Called customer service and they sent a replacement machine right away. No issues so far but it has only been a few days. Had the Vertuo Plus previously but liked the idea of brewing a carafe of coffee. Would love to see a cold brew coffee for this machine.
