coffee machine machine leaking coffee into capsule box in just 2 months of use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HAD to get this for my daughters dorm room. She mistakenly thought all coffee and coffee makers were the same and bought an inexpensive pod brewer from a big box store. BIG mistake! She came home and realized it was the Nespresso that was the difference. This will be the perfect size for her dorm room. Coffee snob is now satisifed!

Great coffee noisy machine

Ordered it a few days ago and made several cups of coffee. My Vertuo Next died out on me after 5 years of daily use so I ordered the Pop because im the only one who drinks it. I love the bright red color and design. No difference In brewing excellent coffee, however, I gave it 4 stars because it's a very noisy machine! My other machine was quieter.....
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs accessibility improvements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving my purchase and am very happy with it, but in case anyone in the “decision making department” is reading this, I wish the locking mechanism in the top were more user friendly for folks with coordination disabilities. A pull-down latch could be operated with one hand but I have to use both hands (and an elbow) to slide my nespresso latch closed so I don’t knock the whole machine over. This design needs improving.
