Constant issues

So many calls for help, until I asked for a replacement of a different machine (not NEXT)- now all is well

Breaks easy

I have owned this for just over two years now and it is a disappointment My first machine lasted about a year and a half and then randomly just broke without explanation. Nespresso kindly replaced it free of charge. My new machine worked for about uses before it also stopped working. Nespresso hasn’t helped replace it again thus far

We certainly want your Nespresso experience to be special and exactly to your satisfaction. We’re happy to see you were able to speak with a Machine Expert and arranged to receive a replacement machine. For best maintenance for your new Evoluo machine, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week.

JUNK stay away

This machine is a junk. I went thru 3 of them and then demanded to get a different model. There is a design flaw that leads to the blinking light of death that they have no fix for.

Quality Issue

My coffee machine stopped working completely within one year. No wonder the warranty is one year only.

Best Tasting Coffee! (when it worked)

While this machine was a game changer, after about a year it broke down. It would spin up but gave me the orange light of death. I tried everything and even looked up possible solutions on YouTube. When it worked this was the best tasting coffee plus the crema, hands down. Wish this was built a little better.

Faulty model

First one broke in 3 months (stopped recognizing pods). A replacement was sent that had the same problem within 6 months.

Smaller but makes the coffee just as wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the Pop to have while on vacation for three weeks because we just didn’t want to be without our Nespresso coffee. Our son has a maker and every time we’d visit him, we’d enjoy his coffee so we finally bought a maker for our anniversary. Now we cannot enjoy any other brand.

New Machine

Couldn’t be happier… It’s smaller and much quieter, plus it makes the same great tasting coffee!
