Blue light and not more working

So.. I’m from Italy,I drink coffee for breakfast,after my lunch and my dinner. This coffee was so good,so creamy I was really happy for the gift I received. Than happened my little toddler woke up at 4 am and all I was thinking soon I see him come back to sleep was to make me a coffee. Nothing are 3 pm the light still blue . No way for make the machine work back . Totally disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love it but it does have flaws

I absolutely love my machine but there are a few flaws to the machinery of it. Sometimes it doesn’t work and I have to wait a few minutes and constantly press the button. My in laws also bought one and it workers really good until it just stopped working one day and they had theirs less that a year. I have had mine for two months now and I do love it but there definitely are flaws.. but the coffee taste so amazing!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The light will begin to pulse slowly for about 30 seconds, indicating the “warm-up” phase. Once the light is steady the machine is ready for use. Insert your Nespresso capsule, and ensure the lever is fully locked. There should be a slight click sound when fully locked. For best maintenance for your Vertuo Next, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week. The Vertuo Next comes with a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting support through Nespresso. I loved it until stopped working

I had this for few months and was happy with it, the open/close feature it a little though but I got over it and used it daily. But it stopped working. Not happy only lasted few months

Great Coffee, Terrible Machine

First off, it does make very good coffee when the machine works. However, I am on my second machine in 9 months with a third on the way due to them failing. The first machine quit being able to consistently read the bar code after ~4 months and then developed internal leaks. We chatted with Nespresso CS and they were great and sent out a replacement machine right away. Machine #2 works well for ~5 months before it starts having issues reading the bar codes and will no longer brew. We again called Customer Service, video chatted, and they are now sending us another new machine, but the older version per our request and their recommendation since it is much more reliable. Keep in mind that on both machines we did a cleaning cycle frequently and it was only used 1-2 times per day so the failures seem unwarranted. Hopefully the new machine is better because the coffee really is great.

Stopped working after only a month!

This machine will not work after just a month of light use. No power - nothing - dead in the water.

Buyers Beware

Had the machine for about a year. Would regularly do maintenance with the descaling and self-cleaning. Now it will not work unless I run a self-clean cycle before each pod. Very disappointing.

Not good at all

I am on my second machine of this model. The first one I bought stopped working within 6 months. Nespresso replaced it but the replacement stopped working :(. Not sure I will continue with this Brand.

Wouldn't Buy

I will start by saying that their customer service seemed very good today. I got this machine for Christmas and it worked for 3 months- then it wanted to be descaled, so I decaled it (3 times)- it would brew one pod then needed to be descaled again... did all the trouble shooting, etc- it wouldn't work again. So they are sending me a new replacement, but I would not buy one again- we will see how long the replacement lasts.
