Don’t waste your money

Do not buy a Virtuo Next machine! First two years.. you will get the most amazing coffee ever. After two years, it brews when it wants to. I’ve spent time and money descaling and trying anything I can to get it to brew. It brews one cup fine and then the next it’s another error code. And there is water coming out the bottom of the machine with coffee. I’ve heard that Nespresso knows about the issue. Incredible! And, of course, after the two years, there is no warranty!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed in Quality and Longevity

We spent a lot of money and bought this machine a year and a half ago. Have loved using it since then. However the machine is now no longer actually making coffee despite multiple attempts to reset it, descale it, clean it, let it rest. It just keeps blinking at me no matter what I do (which is also incredibly frustrating). I've followed the instructions for descaling and cleaning a few times and nothing it helping. It turns on and sounds like it is going to work but then just lights up orange again

Disappointing design

A little disappointed, bought this for my wife for Christmas so she could do the iced coffee feature. The space for a glass is much too small. Find ourselves swapping in a second glass to avoid overfilling. Why would you design it this way?

LONG TIME CUSTOMER- HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

I really wanted to like this machine. I bought it Dec 19 2023. as a Christmas present to myself. I thought I would give it a go. I have had many of the Nespresso machines through the years that cater to the original pod and currently use the KitchenAid Machine for original pods. I wanted to have more versatility in different flavor pods and different size cups. Every time I go to make a cup of coffee it is lukewarm. Not hot at all. I like my coffee hot. My Kitchen Aid does that with the original pods. This was a huge disappointment. I was so looking forward to having/liking this machine.
It is not enjoyable if your coffee is cold and you wanted a hot cup of coffee. This definitely will be a return to Santa

Love so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Nespresso sadly died after 4 years, and although I was sad to have to get a new one, I am very pleased with this model! It looks a lot better on my counter and I like the updated tech such as being able to make a coffee pod more concentrated like espresso.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Changed my life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was introduced to Nespresso at an in Amsterdam VRBO. I was the person who rotated coffee-making approaches every year because none were quite right. I went from automatic drip to French press to Keurig to pour over, and none took hold like Nespresso. I'll never switch again. I have been told I have the best cup of coffee in the family.

Easier open

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the machine but the reason for not giving a five is because you can’t open or close with ease or one hand , now I’m still young but mom that is older and has some difficulties with her hands have trouble with the open and close of the machine but other than that love the pop plus

Cheap and Loud

We have been nespresso members since 2017 and this purchase made for our third vertuo style machine. It is absolute crap. Our older machine was in good working order, but we were interested in the larger 18 oz coffee pod capability. Dont buy into this gimmick .
Our first two machines were much higher quality and produced much smoother pours. This machine is loud, clunky, and the parts move very heavily with some effort. The pour is never consistent and will occasionally refuse to extract for no apparent reason, causing multiple pods to be wasted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
