I love my Vertuo machine. I had it for a year now. I have only one complaint. There is no place in the website to order parts. I need to order a part and don’t know where to do it

We recommend running a priming cycle weekly through your machine to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. I loved my machine, until it broke after 1 year!

I got this machine a year ago as a birthday gift from my parents. I loved it for the first year, and then last month, it just stopped working out of no where. I would hit the brew button and it would make noises sounding like it was going to brew, but coffee wouldn't come out. I reached out for help via the chat, followed all the instructions they gave me, then they said someone from technical would have to call me. I never got a call. Very frustrated. And I miss my machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken in one week

My brother bought me this as a gift. I could never get it to pair initially which should have been a sign but I persisted. Making coffee was a hit or miss, it would make a cup then just stopped making anymore. I attempted cleaning and resetting reading the manual closely and not even those functions would run. So awaiting my replacement, I do recommend calling customer help because they did at least replace the machine. I feel after reading so many reviews feel that there was some manufacturing issues on this machine and they are destined to fail.

We are on our third machine!

Really enjoy the coffee. The machine itself goes on the fritz for no apparent reason, flashing the orange light at the most inopportune times. We are on our third replacement in less than a year. The instructions that come with the machine are completely useless. I have never experienced anything of such poor quality.

Leaks

I wanted to like this machine after I got so many recommendations. I had 2 machines in less than 6 months. It makes good coffee but it constantly leaks and stops brewing multiple pods in a row. Will be looking for a different style Nespresso machine.

Beautiful, but faulty machine

I purchased my Vertuo Next in August but had sporadic use for the first few months of the machine due to my inability to access preferred pods. However, my first impressions of the machine were initially positive. It made delicious coffee and the machine was beautiful, a little noisy, but beautiful!
However, one night when putting away a mug I had noticed water everywhere on my coffee bar. The water was leaking from the side and bottom crevices of the machine. After my phone call with Nespresso they were kind enough to send me a replacement machine that wasn't a Next.
While I understand the Vertuo Next is an absolutely beautiful machine (I adored my rose gold!) It is absolutely fragile. And it seems like 9/10 these machines are faulty. Nearly every person I had read who'd received a replacement Next, that new machine would leak as well.
Very disappointing, hopefully this will be addressed by Nespresso in the future.

Awful!

Like so many others my machine worked for about 3 weeks and then it started acting weird. I had the blinking light and then I went to make a cup of coffee and it drained the entire tank of water. Called Nespresso and they walked me through a factory reset(which I already had previously done)but it still had the same problems. Unfortunately this machine is not ready for prime time. Such a shame because it’s a beautiful machine that made wonderful tasting coffee when it worked. I exchanged it for the Vertuo Plus, so far it’s working beautifully.
