Difficulties for continued use

I use my machine about twice a week and I purchased it for both coffee and espresso needs. It constantly gives me an orange blinking error where I have worked with customer service before to learn how to properly clean it. But the machine does this constantly. I will run it through the cleaning process and then a few days later, I get the error again. I have the machine for quick coffee on the run and so now I end up not using it at all. Hopefully the newer models have worked some of the quirks out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got stuck in an error state

I got this machine as a wedding gift and loved it! Although, after less than a month of using it I got the dreaded blinking orange light. Nothing would work and it was stuck in an "error" state according to the technician. I was sent a new one that works great! Great customer service.

Best Coffee Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is just fantastic coffee and the crema really makes a difference. Vertuo Next is very easy to set up and use. In less than 2 minutes from pressing the button and your enjoying your brew. I have not tried any smart technology yet. Not sure if I will ever need to.
