Mine stopped working too!!!!!

Got my machine as a Christmas gift, worked from 12/21 until 4/22. Love the coffee but hated wondering every morning if it was going to work. It finally stopped doing anything. I had a faint blue light that flickered. Customer Service did video chat and tried to help but said something was really wrong with the blue light coming on . It never leaked just stopped working. Got my replacement machine today and so far so good - fingers crossed.
Great customer service just bad machine!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had my Nespresso for about a year now and I swear I’m obsessed. The coffee is so good! The pods seem expensive when you are buying them but if you look at how much you actually save making it at home vs buying it somewhere every day it really isn’t that bad. The tastes of the pods are amazing and the Nespresso brews everything perfectly! We use this almost every day. Definitely would recommend to any coffee lovers! Even my non coffee loving husband is obsessed now!

I really want to love this, but unfortunately I haven’t had the chance to. I got my original machine back in October and started having issues this March, got sent a new one and already this one is broken. Instead of getting another new one I’m going without it for at least 2 weeks while it gets repaired. guess now I have to buy coffee everyday until then or get a cheap coffee pot to hold me over. I want to love you Nespresso I really do

Best coffee machine ever. I love making my own coffee at home with my nespresso next coffee machine. Better than driving, and waiting long lines to get drunk at a coffee shop and the taste is even better too!

The machine was great for a while, but now it just stopped working. I wasted 3 pods trying to fix it, and then looked up more solutions to see this is a very common problem. very disappointing and I regret choosing this machine.

Ive had this machine for a little over 2 years and it is my GO TO! I love all the varieties and flavors availble. It is very hard to make coffee at home any other way after getting this machine! Favorite coffee maker by far, i recommend to any coffee lover!

I wrote a few months ago about my consistently malfunctioning Vertuo Next machine. I should have called Customer Service first! They were consistent and eager to resolve my problems. I had a new, perfectly functioning replacement within 72 hours of my first contact with Nespresso. My replacement machine makes outstanding coffee for me every day! ❤️
