So this is my first time owning a Nespresso. And I’m hooked. It’s really good coffee and espresso. The delivery of the pods are fast. And you can recycle. I’m very happy with this purchase. It’s helped curb my Starbucks consumption.

I bought my machine about a month ago and even though I LOVE my machine my drinks are NEVER hot enough.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nespresso machines are designed to brew each blend to the specific programmed temperature that is best suited to that blend, as defined by Nespresso Coffee Experts. Quality is important to us, so the coffee brews to its ideal temperature without burning. Please bear in mind that added cold milk and sweeteners can decrease the temperature of the drink. We have some tips to help prepare a hotter beverage to increase your overall enjoyment:
• Use hot water to preheat the cup to keep the coffee hotter longer.
• Make sure the size of cup you are using matches the size of the blend. A small espresso poured into a large mug, for example, will cool down very quickly.
• Clean the brew unit by running the Clean Cycle at least once a week. This also helps eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit.
• Descale the machine. Scale build-up can interfere with proper heating and can also affect the taste and brew time of the coffee. We recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first.

I bought this machine and although it worked well to make coffee it drips water all the time, which I see is an issue with this machine. I also wish you could get an adapter to use the old capsules in it. If your wanting a nespresso I would look at a different model.

I am so jealous. My friend has one of these and it makes such beautiful froth. Dies a better job than the Kerig which has no kind of froth. Love it. Want it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this has been a great addition to my coffee lineup, I wouldn’t say it’s my go-to. I like that there’s a variety of types of coffee I can make, but the fact that the pods are sold mostly online is kind of a bummer. I can’t just order them with my grocery pickup.
And while I like the slim design, I hate that the water reservoir is all the way at the back. This means I can’t place the machine sandwiched between two things without having to pull it all the way out to get the reservoir out.
I think it’s great that it has a removable and adjustable plate for different height cups. The disposable cavity is nice for hiding away the used pods for when you want to send them back for recycling.
Overall, it’s a very nice machine and great for those who love variety. Unfortunately, it’s not the right one for me.

I bought this for myself as a christmas gift. Nespresso supplies free postage paid bags to recycle the pods. The coffee is delicious and a great treat for me.

I wanted to love the Vertuo Next so much but two of them broke within the first month of owning them. After a Reddit search, there are tons of mechanical issues with them. Go with another Nespresso model.
