This is my favorite part of the morning. I got the capsule holder as well. My favorite pods are in my storefront for reference, but I tink they're called Voltesso, then there's double Chairo and Scuro, all espresso blends. All FANTASTIC. My boyfriend is a huge fan of the coffee pods, but I stick to plain espresso!

I adore my Nespresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I adore my Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee and Espresso Machine. The pros are that the coffee and espressos are simply delicious. The cons are that the pods for the machine are expensive and have to be ordered. I will be using my machine for a long time.

I honestly could not

I honestly could not be more disappointed with a product. My machine, despite very careful cleaning and maintenance, broke twice. HOWEVER, I am giving it 2 stars since Nespresso support is FANTASTIC and sent me first a free replacement machine and second an entirely different make of machine that I have had zero issues with so far.

It's Garbage!

This machine sucks!!! It just stopped working and has wasted numerous coffee pods trying to fix it and get it to work. Apparently it's just how it was designed. Look online and see the numerous youtube videos of people trying to fix it, and their customer service could care less. This device was sold to us in Bloomingdales by a Nespresso rep and he never thought to mention descaling once. This hunk of junk didn't even last a year and even after descaling, it still doesn't work. Save your money and your time! The machine is poorly designed and you'll get little to no support if you need it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

VERTUO NEXT

I have had my machine for about a year now, yet today it started leaking coffee (from underneath) - Quite disappointing. Nespresso customer care is sending me a new one, I will give it a second chance, hoping it works properly. Also it has not been brewing the coffee too hot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine makes incredible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine makes incredible coffee!! It’s also a relatively small footprint so doesn’t take up much counter space. I do feel like it’s a bit unnecessarily high tech, I definitely had some issues getting it set up with a blinking light and while trying to resolve that ran into some complaints from others about this model which makes me nervous that I might run into some issues down the line. I also wish there were more options of where to buy pods, nespresso has a good variety on their site but would love to be able to pick them up more locally or even have a refillable pod style that I could fill with locally roasted beans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an avid coffee drinker, I'd become accustomed to the strong brew from my standard “drip style" coffee pot. When I received the Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee and Espresso Machine in the color Cherry Red, I was immediately drawn to its slim and sleek design, and trendy color. Measuring only 5.5 inches wide, it’s less than half the width of my drip style machine, and the color added a gorgeous modern “pop” to my kitchen. I was extremely impressed with the Nespresso Vertuo Next’s overall brewing ingenuity. I found that with the touch of a button, I could enjoy a “coffee shop style” espresso, double espresso, 5 or 8 ounce cup of coffee, or 18 ounce Carafe of coffee, from the comfort of my own home. Each capsule I savored was brewed to perfection based upon its portion, temperature, and brewing time- for its superior boldness. All I had to do is press ONE button, and the machine adapted itself to the parameters the specific capsule! This coffee machine is simply brilliant! The only (slight) pitfall that I found was that the locking mechanism is relatively difficult to close, and required some strength. I could see where people may be leery of breaking the machine; however, I found that a forceful close safely locks the capsule in place for brewing. I am definitely a Nespresso Vertuo Next coffee and espresso fan for life! #Nespresso
