I never want another

I never want another brand of coffee ever again. It is rich, flavorful, smooth, creamy, and always the perfect temperature. When we were away on vacation I found myself missing this machine!! Highly recommend.

I adore my Nespresso! Any issues I have had have been minor and easy to solve on my own! I am spoiled and only like my Nespresso coffee now! It’s like my own Starbucks but better at home!

A few of the most impressive features in my opinion was the fact that the machine can be connected through bluetooth. also the built in pod collector and pod barcode reader to know what size cup to make

I love my Nespresso Vertuo! It can make both a full cup of coffee and espresso shots. The pods are mostly only available through Nespresso but I would still recommend.

Terrible Purchase Decision

The VertuoPlus was a better machine. This Next version stopped reading the barcode 4 months after use with descaling regularly and running the rinse cycle every other week. I have diagnosed the issue to debris covering the barcode reader which is not accessible for cleaning by reading through forums and watching repair videos. I am contacting support for a warranty exchange.
Also, in comparison to the Plus, the coffee from this model is more watery due to the brewing method - uses spinning the capsule instead of pumping water. Somewhere along the brewing process, the excess coffee ends up draining to the capsule tray drip catch. Which is disgusting since mold grows after about three days. Seriously though, it's a waste of coffee and disgusting - the Plus model did not have either of these. So, I am getting all my coffee no mold. My wife wanted this for the Rose gold theme, so we tried it, plus my friend may have an older model of this and never had issues.
I would like to add on my Plus machine did need replacing twice, so it was not without it's own issues, but seemed much better overall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like how quickly this product heats up and how promptly is dispenses the espresso . I find it easy to use and definitely find it to be worth the price .

New Vertuo

I thought this machine was going to be great.
However it turned out to be horrible, it started with the flosser, it broke twice, under the guarantee it was replace after only using it three month. Second time they would not replace it. Now after the guarantee has expired the machine itself is no longer working.
I do however can not take away how great the coffee taste. I've ordered another one but a different model. Hopefully this one will last longer then months..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Great coffee, but machine does not last.

We got a Nespresso after having one in our room at a luxury hotel- it was our favorite of all the amentities! All of the Nespresso machines we have used have made great coffee, so that's not an issue. We had the Next for less than a year before it stopped working properly (by comparison, we had a cheaper Keurig that lasted 10+ years). Nespresso Customer Service did kindly send us a replacement machine, which stopped working in less than a week. We are now on our 2nd replacement. Nespresso is a great company, but I don't recommend this particular machine. In addition to it not lasting, it has a small water reservoir and gives you no indication prior to brewing that you're low on water, so you'll need to remember to check before every cup (takes getting used to if you're accustomed to other machines that warn "add water" etc.) We were sent a VertuoPlus as we were dissatisfied with the Next, but can't properly review that yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
