Descalling this machine and making it work is a nightmare.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible!

My husband got me this for Christmas and within 4 days the machine would not turn on and stopped brewing. They are sending a replacement, but I’m not convinced that this will be something that we keep, especially considering all of the issues that others have had. Really frustrating after purchasing a boatload of expensive capsules for it!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband has been wanting this but didn’t want to spend the money on himself. So obviously Santa brought it for him. It is 100% worth every Penny. The coffee tastes outstanding and made so perfectly!

Great coffee, Amazing machine

I received my Vertuo Next for Christmas and I can’t say enough good things about it. The coffee is excellent and I absolutely love being able to make this level of taste at home. I was also gifted the Aeroccino 3. What a wonderful accompaniment to the coffee maker. I feel like I am a new Barista with a home cafe to treat my friends and family.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can't believe how much I love this machine! I bought myself an espresso machine during lockdown, and used it frequently. I wondered if the Nespresso could compare, and I couldn't have been more wrong! This thing is amazing! I actually go to bed excited for my morning coffee!

I have had this machine for about 6 months now and I love it! It brews strong tasting coffee and that was very important for me, I don’t like watered down coffee so a strong brew is very important! This machine is easy to take care of and the variety of pods is pretty good! I definitely recommend nespresso!

My absolute favorite purchase I’ve ever made. I love my Nespresso! Such a great price for something that makes it feel like you are getting gourmet coffee every morning. Sometimes my machine will not brew, only down fall.
