Works great and brews

Works great and brews delicious espresso, but it must be noted that it needs to be cleaned weekly. I bought this for my mom in September 2021 and 3 months later, it is broken. However, their customer service is AMAZING and stayed in the phone with me for 30 minutes to troubleshoot. The troubleshoot didn’t end up working, and so they are sending us a free one since we are within our 12 month warranty.

Loveeeee this coffee and espresso machine. We use it almost every single day! I make iced coffee preparing the espresso shots, pouring the shots over ice in a cup and adding in syrup and milk. Highly recommend this machine!

Customer service is great and the coffee is amazing. But, I've had it for one week and just stops working. I did clean it like it said even though I've only used it at the most 12-14 times. The power light just stays white and does nothing. I've waisted 6-7 cups troubleshooting. Call today and they are shipping out a new one with a return label for mine. Thank you! it was a gift from my Grandson and family.

It was amazing while

It was amazing while it lasted but after a couple months it stopped working. But before that it made a great espresso and heats up quickly! It was hard to get ahold of the customer service but when I did they sent me a new one which should get here soon.

I love my expresso

I love my expresso machine. It was all I had been waiting for for a long time and it works amazing. It has a slot in it where the cups fall into for East disposal and makes my expresso drinks quick and easy.

Descalling this machine and making it work is a nightmare.

Horrible!

My husband got me this for Christmas and within 4 days the machine would not turn on and stopped brewing. They are sending a replacement, but I’m not convinced that this will be something that we keep, especially considering all of the issues that others have had. Really frustrating after purchasing a boatload of expensive capsules for it!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
