Worst machine they’ve ever made

I am on my third machine in 6 months. Let me get this straight, I LOVE Nespresso, I had the original vertuo machine and the pixie and I loved them. Use it daily and will continue to use their products, however do not buy this machine. It is defective I have had to call the and have them replace it 3 times. My friend and my mother have had the exact same issue. It works for about 2 months and then starts flashing orange with no reason. Clean it, unplug it… nothing helps. It is extremely frustrating, they need to discontinue it and refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Stay Away!!!!

I got this for Christmas last year and had to get a replacement TWICE. The coffee is what makes me a customer still and the fact that Nespresso probably realizes this is a bad machine is replacing my machine for a different machine. Don’t get this one. Not worth it.

HORRIBLE. SENDING BACK before it gets too late

THis machine is HORRIBLE! Serious design flaws most noticeably leaving a massive puddle of water/coffee in the capsule holder after you run a coffee pod through or clean cycle. Its worked OK for 1.5 weeks but the standing water is a nightmare waiting to happen! Mold, plus I read all these other awful reviews and feel. I better send it back before its too late for a full refund. I had a vertuo plus which did not cause these problems but got a massive thick greasy coffee leak issue after 21 months of use… so I am going to try to Evolu machine… hoping it will beat these other 2…

Was broken from the start

I saw the bad reviews for this product but thought, you know, maybe this won’t happen to me. Maybe only some of the Vertuo Next’s are bad. Nope. I guess they all are. Bought mine, was so excited to use it, couldn’t even get the machine to run through the first initial cycle to clean it. Very disappointed. Don’t be like me and buy this

waste of money and time

I bouggt this in September and it stopped functioning after few weeks. They replaced it with new one but the machine i got was still defective. It is a total waste of money.

headache and stress is not worth it, get others

bottom line: when are you going to issue a recall on these machines nespresso? if you're reading this review and looking to get a Next do not. Get a Keurig, a drip coffee maker even, or even better the other nespresso machines. Next is not worth the headaches and stress you'll be buying.
Point. Blank. Period. Nespresso should do every regretful Next owner a favor and just issue a recall yesterday.

Don’t buy

I bought this machine about 6 months ago and have used it a handful of times, I descaled it once and then it quit working. And I tried getting a replacement. Don’t suggest this machine.

Worst Nespresso Machine

I've gone thru 3 Next machines, each one had issues and Nespresso was kind enough to keep sending replacements. After the 3rd machine failed, I'd had enough and asked to replace it with an Evoluo, which I own 2 of and have had no issues. Well, they made a mistake and sent me another Next and guess what, it doesn't work. You are supposed to run thru the clean cycle twice when you first get it and it would not even do that. I then tried to make a cup of coffee and to no surprise, it would not brew the coffee. I've wasted so many pods, almost 2 cartons so far because the Next machine is a piece of junk. Do NOT buy this machine. It is the worst Nespresso machine out there.
