Best coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Nespresso and bought this one for a Mother’s Day Gift because I love my machine. I have had Keriug in past and no comparison. Nespresso is as good or better than a coffee shop.

Travel Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this machine for it's lighter weight, and more slim profile. I travel a lot, so I wanted one to travel with me that was easier than my daily Nespresso machine. I was always worried I was going to damage my daily machine. This one is a game changer. It has the adaptability to do larger 12oz pods... perfect for travel mornings! The profile is more slim, great for small space set up. The used pod holder is inside the slim profile, you have to empty more than regular but that's not difficult. The water hopper is also smaller, but it's worth it to have smaller for my needs. I've had a Nespresso machine for over 7years, went through thousands of pods, and I will never go back to a regular machine. If you need a travel version, this is the best option in their stock I believe.

Not a bad machine

Love my machine! 3 months of using it 1-3 times a day and no issues. I have read so many bad things about the machine but they haven’t happened to me luckily. Only downside is the fact it is hard to close and lock to brew coffee now. Really need to work to get it closed.

However, we understand that the machine can be difficult to close at times, and we’re happy to provide some user tips that may help. Coffee grounds can build up in the upper head unit. We recommend opening the head and in the upper unit, carefully grab around the rotating part and rotate it around a few times one way, and then around a few times the other way, until the rotating unit spins easily. Once the rotating unit spins easily, we recommend running the Clean Cycle to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit.
For best maintenance for your Vertuo Next, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week.
