Vertuo Pop+ is a hit!

We really enjoyed all the different coffees. I was fortunate to receive a Vertuo Pop+. I'm so happy with it. Our friends exchange with us different coffees.

Chocolate Is All It Took! A Machine for a Friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fixed a mug of Nespresso's Rich Chocolate for my friend and she was hooked! She's loved coffee since she was a baby. She only drinks the best. Challenge accepted! Hooked with her fist sip! Her kids were looking for a Mother's Day gift idea and Vertuo Pop Machine was exactly what she needed. I placed the order and had the machine within a week. She received the gift on Mother's Day and she's already ordered more coffee. - That was only 6 days ago! Thanks, Nespresso for making my friend's day, and my day, on a daily basis.

Too scared to try it!

Ooooh... We were just given this Ventuo Next by our daughter for Christmas and based on these common reviews of regular failures I am going to return it without opening it. I can't stand the idea of MORE JUNK IN LANDFILLS and I don't want to add to that catastrophe 😥 I'm going back to my perfect simple little Mr Coffee ♥️

Started off bad

I bought it 3-4 days ago and received it today. When I saw the box it had the grey machine on (I ordered white) the. I opened it and it was white and I was checking it out inside where the pod goes nd it had coffee stains all over it.They sent me a used machine. They even covered the color on the box with a white sticker. Thankfully customer service looked up the item and knew it had been returned so they are sending a new one. But I think I deserve some free coffee because I have my coffee machine since I received a dirty and used machine. Thank you

Take it back

Received for Christmas, i really don’t care for fancy coffee. Its just another way for companies to make money. Coffee is coffee. Most definitely taking this back. Looked really lowbudget for the price. And the pods are too expensive.

We recommend running a priming cycle weekly through your machine to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Think how many want that first cup?

Gifted this 2 months ago. Soooo disappointed. Too long to brew one cup of coffee! Who gets the first cup? By then someone wants a second but….wait no time. Better choice would be make a product to produce 6+ cups, easy peasy.
