We didn't think we would love it this much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Keurig and my mom kept encouraging us to replace it. We finally have and are we never ever looking back! So much fun--we are drinking more coffee because we are enjoying it so much. My tip is to be sure you can leave the foamer out--you will use it more. I also got a sliding tray that I'm storing the pods in and the machine sits right on top. This is beautiful AND it makes awesome coffee!

Best Purchase Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was never a coffee lover. The thought of making a latte always filled me anxiety because it seems I could never make a good cup coffee. However, I decide to buy Nespresso VertuoPlus and I have never been so happy with a purchase.
The machine is not only aesthetically pleasing but has made my mornings much for simpler. The coffee pods are rich in flavor and absolutely delicious. My morning’s definitely feel much more organized and peaceful. I would definitely recommend purchasing a Nespresso Machine for those on the go or have need the added help to make a warm cup of coffee to start the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine for my office to offer clients during meetings. I was never much of a coffee drinker let alone an espresso drinker before. I found that most coffees I’ve had before lacked enough punch to make it worth drinking. The quality and flavor alone stand apart from what those other “pod” alternative machines make. Most importantly I can actually feel the caffeine. I had to buy one for home and now my wife and I are hooked. Highly recommended.

It’s fine when it works

I bought this as a secondary machine for our RV. When I discovered my regular machine doesn’t work with the large pods, I brought it into the house for more regular use. Despite regular rinsing, it likes to send half the coffee down the “dribble hole” into the used pod receptical. It regularly refuses to brew, making whirring noises only to stop and flash orange. It might make one cup and then “laugh” at the next. I’m not even sure I trust putting it back in the RV anymore. I’ll probably just open the rest of the large pods and put them in my pour over. Sadly it’s easier to do that rather than cussing and swearing first thing in the morning. It also seems to dribble dark sludge from underneath, although I have yet to be able to pinpoint where. At the end of the day, as long rambling review is under caffeinated. I am so tired of playing with this coffee pot that I think it’s going into the garbage. My next one will definitely not be this style.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend the first-time use steps as part of your machine maintenance at least once a week, to flush water through your machine. Should troubleshooting be unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options via our Assistance Service Program, even when your machine is out of warranty.
