1 month old. Won’t turn on. Leaks coffee too. My old Nespresso machine leaks way worse but at least it still powers on.

Has some limitations

The coffee machine falls short in meeting expectations. It does not brew XL-sized coffees as advertised, and it also cannot accommodate a sufficiently large cup for the rinse process.

Thank you for your review, Tyanyi. We recommend contacting Nespresso directly, 800.562.1465, to speak with a machine expert regarding the XL capsule brew. Your Vertuo Pop Plus Deluxe is expected to brew all Nespresso capsules, including XL size. We also recommend removing the cup shelf, using a shorter, wider vessel to capture the rinse water, or placing your machine on a platform to allow for larger capacity.

Missing my Pink but Orange is Stunning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the pink Pop+ and unfortunately it was lost in a fire. So of course I had to get a replacement, I was bummed that the pink was no longer available but the orange was surprisingly stunning. I love my Vertuo machine.

Difficulty in opening cavity to place virtuo capsu

Not intuitive. Very hard to open the cavity to place capsule in. You need extra muscles to unlock and open. Weak people can't use this machine.

To Large for Travel! Vertuo Travel Size Needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Nespresso Vertuo coffee so much I purchased the Pop Plus to take on vacation. I didn't won't to miss a day without my Nespresso coffee. As it turned out, the Vertuo Pop machine was to large to put in my suitcase. It's the smallest Vertuo machine made & is not designed for travel. It's simply to large. When is Nespresso coning out with a travel size Veruo coffee machine so the Veruo coffee can be enjoyed on the Go? I returned the machine & had to buy a Essenza mini & buy the original pods. Hope there as good as the vertuo pods!

Not good. I have the vertigo plus and it's great. This machine is nowhere near as good. Also, returns are so I suggest not buying from the main website.

Best coffee maker ever!!!

He absolutely loves his machine and all the different coffees and expresso!! This is one of the best things I have ever bought him!! Thanks Nespresso!!

Terrible model

I purchased this as a gift for my mother. I feel awful and embarrassed giving this as a gift. The machine leaked water all over the counter at random times when in operation. The machine turns on randomly and started pouring water as if it were making a cup of coffee when no one actually was using it. Now the machine has completely stopped working. This is only a year old. So much for buying the best model for someone I care about. This machine was not over used as my mom lives by herself. I understand there may be some random/minor problems but this was a complete disaster. I would strongly advise anyone to not purchase this for their self or anyone. You’re suppose to enjoy the coffee, not have it stress you out.
