So disappointed in this machine. At first I loved it, but pretty quickly I noticed that the coffee started tasting kind of burnt and my machine started leaking water from the top back. I was told this meant it needed to be descaled (I've used it maybe 30 times) so I bought the Nespresso descaler and went through that process. The descaling seemed fine, but when I did the rinse cycle the water again leaked out of the top. I cleaned it up and emptied & cleaned the reservoir. A few days later I was cleaning the counter and saw that the machine must've continued leaking (I didn't use it again after descaling and the tank was empty) which left a white residue all over my counter. This has stained my counter in the shape of the machine's bottom so now I have a stained counter and a non-working machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have Vertuo Next for good 4 month were so happy and enjoy my drink ,and machine stop working call customer service few times and got replacement new machine same Vertuo Nest and color ,it was working for 5 days ,and stop working no blinking light try very thing on manual surject .Now don't know what todo .

It is easy to use, and easy to take care of. It works perfectly every time. It is definitely one of the best parts of my morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big coffee drinker. I always get coffee when I am out and about, and I always get whole beans to grind for home. Since getting this machine, I dont even want to get coffee out anymore. This is SOOO much better. To be able to have espresso made so easily at home is amazing! There re so many different options from coffee to espresso. I cant say enough good things about my Nespresso. I LOVE IT!!!!
Pros: Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.)

Vertuo Next Deluxe Chrome

This is the Vertuo Next Deluxe model in Chrome by Nespresso. It is working as designed and paired/connected. The Chrome is the ultimate model for the Next series. Coffee is very enjoyable with a partial cleaning cycle run before the brew and afterwards. I look forward to the innovations of Nespresso.

I got the machine for Christmas last year and it has continued to leak out of the front for the last 6
months. I use it only every 2-3 days and this issue (that seems quite common) came on rather quickly. I’ve descaled and cleaned as recommended and still no luck. Very disappointed as I was so excited about my luxury coffee machine.

For best maintenance for your new VertuoPlus, we recommend to always eject the used capsule after every use, run the Clean Cycle once a week to eliminate coffee grounds build up within the brew unit, and descale your machine every three months. All removable spare parts, including the water tank, should be washed by hand at least once a week.

Failure rate is atrocious.

I received one as a gift. It broke within a month. I got another from Nespresso as a replacement and that broke in a week. I finally bought a different machine, a previous model instead.
